A power flush will improve the performance and reliability of your central heating system, whilst also increasing the efficiency. If your system requires a power flush, we will introduce a cleaning chemical several days prior to carrying it out, increasing the effectiveness of the flush.

The power flush machine sends water through your central-heating system at a high velocity to dislodge any build-up of sludge, rust and other debris. Once we have removed as much of the sludge deposits as we are able to, the system will be replenished with clean water and will be chemically dosed with a corrosion inhibitor to prevent any further build up from reoccurring. ​

If your system is suffering from any of the below symptoms, it could mean that a power flush is required.

- Cold spots towards the bottom of radiators

- Presence of black sludgy water in the heating system / boiler components

​

- Gradual reduction in circulation / heat to radiators

​

- Overflowing header tank

​
