Central Heating Repairs

£80 ex VAT upto 1 hour

Each additional hour charged @ £70 ex VAT

Some faults can be diagnosed and repaired within the first hour, without the need for parts. However, if any further work or parts are required, we will provide you with a price once we have carried out our diagnosis.

Annual Servicing

Boiler Service - £75
Boiler Service inc full strip clean of heat exchanger - £110 plus parts
Back Boiler & Fire - £130
Fire Service - £90
Warm Air Unit - £140
Cooker / Hob - £60 (reduced to £40 if combined with a boiler service)
Unvented Hot Water Cylinder - £70 (reduced to £50 if combined with a boiler service)

Landlord's Gas Safety Check (CP12 Certificate)

Boiler Only - £65 ex VAT

Additional Appliances:

Hob - £20 ex VAT

Fire - £60 ex VAT

Aga - £60 ex VAT

Boiler Service add on - £25 ex VAT
